Sala de reunião de uma multinacional. O CEO nervoso fala com sua equipe de gestores, agita as mãos mostra gráficos e olhando nos olhos de cada um ameaça:

- Ninguém é insubstituível!


A frase parece ecoar nas paredes da sala de reunião em meio ao silêncio, os gestores se entreolham, alguns abaixam a cabeça, ninguém ousa falar nada.

De repente um braço se levanta e o CEO se prepara para triturar o atrevido:

- Alguma pergunta?

- Tenho sim. E Beethoven?

- Como Beethoven? - O CEO, um tanto confuso encara o gestor.

- O senhor disse que ninguém é insubstituível, quem substituiu Beethoven?

Silêncio....

Ouvi essa história esses dias contada por um profissional que conheço e achei muito pertinente falar sobre isso. Afinal as empresas falam em descobrir talentos, reter talentos, mas, no fundo continuam achando que os profissionais são peças dentro da organização e que quando sai um é só encontrar outro para por no lugar.

Quem substituiu Beethoven? Tom Jobim? Ayrton Senna? Ghandi? Frank Sinatra? Dorival Caymmi? Garrincha? Michael Phelps? Santos Dumont? Monteiro Lobato? Faria Lima? Elvis Presley? Os Beatles? Jorge Amado? Paul Newman? Tiger Woods? Albert Einstein? Picasso? Os Rolling Stones?; Janis Joplin? Jimi Hendrix? Entre tantos outros!

Todos esses talentos marcaram a História fazendo o que gostam e o que sabem fazer bem - ou seja - fizeram seu talento brilhar. E, portanto são sim insubstituíveis.

Cada ser humano tem sua contribuição a dar e seu talento direcionado para alguma coisa. Está na hora dos líderes das organizações reverem seus conceitos e começarem a pensar em como desenvolver o talento da sua equipe focando no brilho de seus pontos fortes e não utilizando energia em reparar 'seus gaps'.
Ninguém lembra e nem quer saber se Beethoven era surdo, se Picasso era instável, Caymmi preguiçoso, Kennedy egocêntrico, Elvis paranóico. O que queremos é sentir o prazer produzido pelas sinfonias, obras de arte, discursos memoráveis e melodias inesquecíveis, resultado de seus talentos.
Cabe aos líderes de sua organização mudar o olhar sobre a equipe e voltar seus esforços em descobrir os pontos fortes de cada membro. Fazer brilhar o talento de cada um em prol do sucesso de seu projeto. Se você ainda está focado em 'melhorar as fraquezas' de sua equipe corre o risco de ser aquele tipo de líder que barraria Garrincha por ter as pernas tortas, Albert Einstein por ter notas baixas na escola, Beethoven por ser surdo e Gisele Bundchen por ter nariz grande.

E na sua gestão o mundo teria perdido todos esses talentos.

Sinceramente, um filme que me alegra so de ver...(mas claro que apos um bom tempo sem ver) é Ferris Bueller's Day Off....
Nem acreditei quando achei ele na net, dublado e ripado do dvd...igualzinho de como eu me lembrava de ver na sessão da tarde...so que com melhor image e som....kkkkkkkkkk

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy

Programa estilo Makeover...que brinca com o estereotipo de que homens gays são melhores em fashion, style, cuidados pessoais, interior design e cultura... The Fab Five fazem uma transformação (Make-Better nas palavras dos apresentadores) em um homem straight * (*hetero...sorry não sabia uma palavra melhor...) , renovando o guarda-roupa, redecorando a casa e dando dicas de beleza (cuidados com a pele, cabelo etc...), estilo de vida (cinema, teatro, cursos etc...) e comida (culinaria diferentes, apresentação, how-to-do simples). No geral, eles te reensinam a ver de modo diferente as pequenas coisas do dia-a-dia (a meu ver é claro...mas eu sei que não ta muito bem explicado, mas whatever....).
Adorava esse programa...muito legal as dicas que eles davam de decoração...ate segui algumas dicas deles...muito legal...programa muito bom, mas pena que acabou....sentirei saudades Fab5

Cupcake original....(na verdade é teste...

Estava tentando fazer cupcake de chocolate...simples mas no final fui colocando o que achei no armario(nozes, almond, chocochips, banana desidratada) e fui fazendo uma receita sem medir nada...so testando...e não é que deu certo...ate tirei uma fotinho..(ficou melhor do que quando eu sigo a receita certinha...como pode...huahuahua...tinha ficado com o maior medo de ficar com diarreia hauhauahu)...mas ficou lindoooo claro que so tirei foto dos que ficaram bonitos pois os que ficaram com formatos estranhos comi primeiro...kkkkkkkk

Eu sei que ele tem varios nomes pelo mundo mas o super HOT man por detras desses nomes é um so...
Não entendo muito coreano...estou tentando aprender...(ta dificil huahuahau) Mas fazer o que se eu fiquei viciada nesse homem...as vezes acho que ele exagera nas roupas(mas é tão sexy a dança...que sei la...eu não me canso de assistir...).
